Who represents and stands up for Small Business?

While the Democrats and Republicans continue to heavily tax and over regulate business the Libertarian Party understands that Big Business can afford a full time staff to sort through the endless regulations but Small Business can not.  This leaves small business owners vulnerable as there is no way for them to know about rather known comply with all the regualtions that apply o them.  Small Business's generate more jobs and help increase our standard of living more then any other part of our economy. 

In many small business's the owners work endless hours just trying to make their pride and joy successfull.  They do not have extra time or money left over to read up and comply with the thousands of new regualtions that come at them.

It is the small business owner that knows what is best for their business not some politician in Lansing or Washington DC.  Libertarians fight to remove regulations and taxes that are on our small business's.  We oppose minimum wage laws, goverment imposed bans on smoking in your privately owned building, permit requirements and other needless regulations.
